The CP Basketball League is a competitive recreational basketball league played from January – March, June – August, and October – December.  Register your team in either the All Star Conference (Open Division) or the Varsity Conference (no collegiate caliber or experienced player under 35).  There will be an East and West division within each conference and each team will play a total of seven games.  The top four teams will qualify for a single elimination playoff and the winning team will receive champion t-shirts.

Coaches Responsibility/Team Fee
Each team must be registered by a coach or team captain who is responsible for all team administrative information, payment, and players understanding of rules and the CP Athletic Association’s Code of Conduct.  Since this is a church based league, we ask that the coach attend a church service at least twice a month.  The team fee for the CP Basketball League is $475 and must be paid online prior to the first game at https://www.cedarpark.org/onlinegiving/

General Rules of Play
Each game consists of two 22 min halves.  The clock will stop only with one minute remaining in the first half and two minutes remaining in the second half.  Exception:  Teams must be within 20 points at the two minute mark and 10 points at the one minute mark for the clock to stop.  This rule applies in the second half only. There will be a three minute pre-game and halftime.

All players must be 18 years or older, have signed the Waiver and Code of Conduct/Roster, and paid all fees in order to be game eligible.  Teams must have matching colored reversible jerseys with numbers on the back.

A scorekeeper will be provided and all games will be officiated by the PNBOA.  The CP Basketball League and Gym Rules apply to each game.  Please understand the variations to normal rules, such as hockey type substitutions and no foul-outs.

Location
Games will be played at Cedar Park High School Gymnasium located in Bothell, WA.
