4 Practices, 3 Days!! Get your pole vault on with Jumping Friday night, Saturday Morning, Saturday Evening, and Sunday Morning. Meals provided, film sessions and review during the day. Running form work. Drills and pole vault training. Weight training and nutrition conversations. Elite Mentality Motivational Conversation. Everything you need to set yourself up for success as a pole vaulter. 70+ poles to use to jump on, or feel free to bring your own poles.
Lets get you to the next level of your pole vault career! Work with former and current college vaulters and pick their brains on how they have reached the levels they did. We have one mentality with CP Athletics, and that is to strive to BE ELITE!
